Textbook Rental Returns

The Textbook Rental Agreement can be found on the Bookstore website.

Rentals MUST come back on time and in re-salable condition.

REMEMBER: at the end of your rental period, simply print your FREE* UPS/United Parcel Service return shipping label and packing slip by signing into your account at the Online Bookstore website and selecting Manage My Rentals and choose Return My Rentals for Free. Pack your book(s) in any box available that will protect it in transit and take it to any UPS location – ask for a receipt so you have a record of them accepting your package. This label is not for the Post Office so the package cannot be taken to them for shipment.

You are responsible for returning the rental(s) by the date specified at the time of your order using the UPS label from your account . We cannot be responsible for any charges that result from shipping back your rentals in any other way.

If your rental item is not scanned into UPS tracking by the due date with the FREE UPS shipping label provided, or if your item is received in damaged condition, you will be subject to a charge equal to the list price of a new copy for this item so we can replace it in our inventory.

For more information, please visit the Renting Textbooks Help Page.

Return Policies

Need to make a return? No worries! Through eCampus, we have a 15-Day Return Policy, so order early. Returns are accepted up to 15 days after classes begin.
