Blue Ridge CTC associate degree in Culinary Arts costs less than a bachelor’s degree and takes about 2 years to complete. Blue Ridge CTC is the premier culinary college, providing students the hands-on training needed to enter the workforce.
Our course requires 60 credit hours, which takes approximately two years enrolled full-time to complete.

Blue Ridge CTC offers four associate degrees in culinary arts:

  • Associate of Applied Science Degree in Baking and Pastry
  • Associate of Applied Science Degree in Catering and Hospitality Management
  • Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts
  • Associate of Applied Science in Food Service Retail Management
Admission requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a complete application packet. Students who have earned credits at other Colleges or Universities must also provide official copies of those transcripts. There is also a $25 application fee that can be paid at any time once an application is submitted.
