The Blue Ridge CTC Associate of Applied Science in Catering and Hospitality program does not require ACT or SAT scores to qualify for admission to on-campus or online Associate Degree Programs. Students may need ACT or SAT scores, or free placement testing to qualify for courses such as English, Math, or Chemistry. Placement testing can be scheduled at any time during the application process.
Admission requirements for the Blue Ridge CTC Catering and Hospitality Management program include a high school diploma or equivalent and a complete application packet. Students who have earned credits at other Colleges or Universities must also provide official copies of those transcripts. There is also a $25 application fee that can be paid at any time after submitting the application.

With the Blue Ridge CTC Associate Degree In Catering And Hospitality Management, you experience exposure to a holistic curriculum. Students learn about organized and sanitary workstations, accurate measuring and portioning, identifying and describing procedures and techniques for controlling food costs, safely handling and operating knives and kitchen equipment, culinary art, and other soft skills.
With a Catering and Hospitality Management associate degree, you will be eligible to work in a variety of roles such as catering manager, chef, conference center manager, event manager, hotel manager, public house manager, and more.
