Blue Ridge CTC provides a comprehensive benefits package for benefits-eligible employees. The benefits, programs, and services offered are a sizable amount of an employee’s total compensation and are important factors in promoting a healthy work/life balance. Please see a Human Resources Representative for complete eligibility information for each respective benefit.
The College has 3 typical enrollment periods: new hire, open enrollment, and special enrollment due to qualifying life events (life status change). New employee enrollment takes place during the first two months of employment. The annual Open Enrollment period, held in April of each year, provides a routine opportunity for employees to review their benefits and make any necessary changes or adjustments. Employees are encouraged to take time to periodically review (at least annually) their benefits selections or following a qualifying life event (i.e., the birth of a child or marriage).
Please utilize the following links for provider self-service websites and documents. Please note that the majority of your benefits can be managed online from initial enrollment forward.
