Payment Options

Students have a variety of payment options available for current and past due balances. Below you will find instructions pertaining to submitting payment to the Finance Office.

• Online

  • Use your Bridge Account
  • Payment Methods: Credit Cards (MC, V, D, Amex)

• Instructions for Bridge

  • Select Student Services tab
  • Select Student Services Home Page
  • Select Statement and Payment History menu option
  • Select Credit Card Payment in page footer
  • Use default term. Click Submit button
  • Enter Payment Amount. Click Submit button.

• In Person

  • Cashier Office Main Campus, 8:30-4:00 M-F
  • Payment Methods: Credit Cards, Cash or Check
  • After Hours Drop Slot on Wall (Please do not leave cash)

• Pay by Mail

  • Send to 13650 Apple Harvest Drive, Martinsburg, WV 25403
  • Include Student Name and C Number on check 
  • Payment Methods: Check, Money Order, Cashier Check
