What Will You Learn - Curriculum Overview

The comprehensive curriculum teaches students fundamental concepts required to perform a lab technician’s duties, such as concepts of chemistry, analytical instrumentation, process technology system and operation, and more. The program allows students to:

    • Monitor chemical processes and test the quality of products to make sure that they meet standards and specifications.
    • Demonstrate appropriate setup and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
    • Prepare chemical solutions.
    • Conduct chemical and physical experiments, tests, and analyses for a variety of purposes.
