The following students complete four courses in Professional Pet Groomer training at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College:
Emma Patterson, Lana Bartlett, Emma Grove, Michelle Waggoner, and Kayla Sewell.
Students completed four courses in Professional Pet Groomer Training between September 12, 2024, and June 5, 2025. The four courses included Part 1: Safety, Terminology, Bath and Brush, Part 2: Basic Clip Down, Part 3: Introduction to Pattern Clips, and Part 4: Intermediate Pattern Clips. Students completed 136 hours of classroom training plus private practice. The course culminated with students completing a grooming from beginning to end, with grading. The instructor for the course was Sue Ericson from Berkeley Springs, WV.
