Faculty and Staff employees in eligible positions established to work twelve (12) months, at 1.00 FTE are eligible to accrue annual leave as follows:

Employees in eligible positions established to work less than twelve (12) months, and/or less than 1.00 FTE shall accrue leave on a pro-rated basis.
Employees in positions established to work less than twelve (12) months are not eligible to accrue annual leave.

Employees in eligible positions established to work twelve (12) months, at 1.00 FTE are eligible to accrue sick leave as follows:

Employees in eligible positions established to work less than twelve (12) months, and/or less than 1.00 FTE shall accrue sick leave on a pro-rated basis.
Faculty employees in positions established to work less than twelve (12) months are not eligible to accrue sick leave.
Important Note: Sick Leave does not have a cap on the amount of hours eligible employees are able to accrue and keep.
