Blue Ridge Community and Technical College is partnering with Berkeley County Schools to JumpStart the Manufacturing Careers of high school juniors!
This new early college Career and Technical Education (CTE) Dual Enrollment program, offers students an opportunity to earn high school credit, college credit, industry credentials, and essential employability skills micro-credentials. This first program provides students a direct pathway into careers in manufacturing, specifically in Industrial Equipment Maintenance. Additional programs are being planned for release in 2027. Students earn graduation credits with Berkeley County Schools and 28 college credits at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College.
All Blue Ridge Community and Technical College credit earned through this program are part of a pathway towards completion of an Associate of Applied Science degree.
