This committee, which encompasses members from Classified, Non-Classified and Faculty, is a fair representation of all employees who work at Blue Ridge CTC. The committee will research and develop college-wide recognition and appreciation programs.

Objective To use peer nomination to recognize one employee per quarter who has made outstanding contributions to the Institution that exemplify service and commitment to organizational goals and initiatives.
Eligibility : Any Blue Ridge CTC employee may submit a nomination for Employee of the Quarter. Any full-time, benefits eligible or part-time regular faculty or staff in the employ of the college for at least 6 months and are in good standing are eligible for nomination and selection.
