The purchasing card, or p-card, is the preferred method of payment for certain designated transactions or dollar amounts. All applicable laws, rules and regulations, P-Card Policies and Procedures, Purchasing Policies and Procedures and other governing instruments must be followed, regardless of the method of payment. Non-finance employees are eligible to have a p-card issued after they have been employed by the College for at least 90 days.
