Blue Ridge Community and Technical College Spring 2026 Nursing Graduates Achieve 100% First-Time NCLEX-RN Pass Rate

Blue Ridge CTC is proud to announce that 100% of its Spring 2026 Associate Degree Nursing graduates successfully passed the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) on their first attempt.

The NCLEX-RN is the national licensure examination required for entry into professional nursing practice. Passing this comprehensive examination is a significant milestone that validates graduates’ knowledge, clinical judgment, and ability to provide safe, high-quality patient care. It serves as the national standard for assessing readiness to practice as an entry-level registered nurse.

Achieving a 100% first-time pass rate is a distinguished accomplishment and a strong indicator of the Nursing Program’s academic excellence. This success reflects the exceptional dedication of Blue Ridge CTC’s nursing students, the expertise and commitment of its faculty, and the college’s unwavering focus on preparing graduates who are clinically competent, compassionate, and ready to meet the evolving needs of today’s healthcare workforce.

“This achievement represents far more than passing a licensing examination—it marks the culmination of countless hours of hard work, perseverance, and personal growth,” said Angela Seibel, MSN, RN, Director of Nursing. “I am incredibly proud of our graduates for their resilience, determination, and commitment to excellence throughout this rigorous program. Their success is a testament to their dedication and to the outstanding mentorship provided by our nursing faculty. We are honored to prepare nurses who will make a meaningful difference in the lives of their patients and the communities they serve.”

Blue Ridge CTC remains committed to providing high-quality nursing education that prepares graduates to enter the profession with confidence, competence, and compassion. As demand for skilled registered nurses continues to grow, the college is proud to help strengthen the healthcare workforce throughout the region.

The Spring 2026 graduates’ exceptional achievement underscores the Nursing Program’s commitment to academic excellence and student success and reinforces Blue Ridge CTC’s mission to educate future nursing professionals prepared to lead and serve in an ever-changing healthcare environment.
