Blue Ridge CTC offers industry-driven programs driven by world-class faculty, flexible schedules, and resources for students. Earn credits or enrich professional skills without enrolling in a degree/certificate by applying as a non-degree student.

Non-Degree Student

If you wish to take classes without enrolling in a degree program, Blue Ridge CTC courses are designed to enhance your professional skills and personal growth.

Apply For Admission

Step 1:

Complete an application and submit copy of a government issued ID.

Step 2:

Receive an acceptance email with details to register for classes.

Step 3:

Many of our classes require prerequisites and/or co-requisites. Please submit SAT and/or ACT scores or take the required placement exam for admission. Schedule a testing appointment. If you have already taken a required prerequisite course, send your unofficial transcripts with proof of prerequisite completion to the email address noted in your acceptance email.
Non-Degree Applicants who have previously enrolled may go directly to their BRIDGE accounts to register for upcoming semesters unless the applicant has not registered for more than two consecutive semesters. Anytime a Non-Degree Applicant wishes to become Degree-Seeking, a Degree-Seeking application must be completed.

No registration is necessary. This course is open access and does not contain time limits.
