Grief Counseling Services - Get the Support You Need

Grief support services are available for students who wish to speak about their personal losses or issues affecting their academic experiences. If you or someone else whom you believe is suffering in silence, reach out and seek effective care for clarifying issues, resolving inner conflicts, and developing new ways to cope.

Grief Counseling Services

Suffering a loss affects the student’s ability to be present and successful in their courses. Blue Ridge CTC encourages students to notify their instructors and the Office of Accessibility Services when experiencing the death of a loved one. Complete the Excused Absences form to receive excused absences and extensions in all courses.
