We are currently expanding our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to help us connect with small and mid-sized business owners and identify organizations that may benefit from our services.
The Role
As an SDR, your primary goal will be to start conversations, identify potential client needs, develop relationships, and help move qualified prospects through the sales process.
- Phone outreach to business owners
- Email and text outreach
- Zoom presentations and follow-up meetings
- Pipeline follow-up and discovery conversations
- Building relationships with referral partners
- Scheduling demonstrations of our marketing services
- Maintaining notes and sales stages within our CRM
- Optional in-person outreach to businesses in your local area
Schedule & Work Environment
The position is remote and offers a flexible schedule within normal business operating hours, with no weekends required.
Local business visits are encouraged when appropriate but are not required, so the role can be performed through phone, email, and Zoom outreach.
Compensation
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position.
Compensation is tied to closed business and may include:
- Recurring monthly commissions from client subscriptions
- Commissions on upsells
- Additional bonus incentives
Because recurring commissions can accumulate as the number of clients you generate grows, there is potential to build an ongoing revenue stream over time.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable communicating by phone and Zoom
- Can work independently
- Is self-motivated
- Enjoys developing professional relationships
Previous sales, appointment-setting, CRM, B2B, or digital marketing experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
