Martinsburg, WV. Blue Ridge Community and Technical College Board of Governors met in person with a virtual Zoom option on Wednesday, December 4, 2024
The meeting was called to order at 12:04pm by Board Chair, Ms. Heather McIntyre.
Jacob Cattrysse, Manager from CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP presented the audit report. The Board passed a motion to approve the audit report.
Ms. McIntyre continued with the approval of the October 2024 and November 2024 meeting minutes.
Dr. Ann Shipway, Vice President of Workforce and Engineering Technologies, presented the President’s Report, highlighting recent media articles pertaining to the Institution.
Dr. Ann Shipway, continued with the Workforce report. Dr. Shipway provided an overview of the federal WORC-2 Grant and student success within the program.
Ms. Leslie See, Vice President of Enrollment and Allied Health, presented the enrollment report. Ms. See highlighted strong unofficial spring enrollment.
Dr. Craig Miller, Chief Financial Officer presented the Finance report. Dr. Miller introduced Ms. Kristi Scarlata, Comptroller, who provided an overview of financial performance as of September 30, 2024.
No executive session was held.
The meeting adjourned at 1:06 p.m.
