4. Job Description
   Seeking a 32-hour shift Weekend DSP the schedule is Fridays from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m., and then 12-hour shifts on both Saturday and Sunday.
   as well as a PRN (AS NEEDED) DSP (5-25 hrs a week, times and hours vary)

A DSP’s role includes:

Supporting individuals with daily living skills (e.g., meals, hygiene, household tasks).

Encouraging independence, choice, and community involvement.

Providing transportation and companionship for medical appointments, social activities, or employment.

Accurately documenting care, progress, and daily notes in compliance with state and agency standards.

Promoting safety, respect, and dignity in every interaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

High school diploma or equivalent.

CPR/First Aid, Medication Aide, and other relevant certifications — CRSS provided all of these trainings.
