Graham County, NC Dept of Public Health is seeking a Dental Assistant
Graham County is taking applications for a Dental Assistant. Preferred requirements include NC dental assistant certification, graduation from an approved dental assistant course, or graduation from high school and one year of on-the-job training as a dental assistant and required x-ray training.
General duties include maintaining clinic cleanliness and hygiene, assisting dental hygienist and dentist with procedures, exposing and processing radiographs, completing patient education and outreach, formulating policies, assisting with dental billing, and attending continuing education opportunities.
Hourly wage: $23,296.00 – $33,463.00 depending on experience. Hours: Monday–Thursday 8 am–5 pm. This position is permanent and part-time (32 hours per week).
