POSITION SUMMARY

The PSI Group, a leading manufacturer of corrugated boxes, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our 1st and 2nd shift Maintenance teams at our Williamsport MD location. Our Industrial Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the various production machines and equipment in our manufacturing facility. Good attendance is a must!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 2-3+ years of Industrial Mechanical and Electrical experience or comparable education and/or certifications in related field
  • Safety First Mentality.
  • Solid knowledge and experience working with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems in an industrial settings.
  • Working with voltages up to 480
  • Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work the following core schedules and overtime as necessary:
    • 1st shift positions: Monday through Thursday 5:00am to 2:30pm and Friday 5:00am to 9:00am with periodic (required) overtime
    • 2nd shift positions: Monday through Thursday 3:30pm to 1:30am with periodic (required) overtime.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work successfully in a fast paced environment.

  • 2+ years experience (minimum) with welding and fabrication.

Overview

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Deskside Support Technician in the Frederick, MD area.

 

Position Overview:

This position provides the second level of support to end users by handling Incidents and Service Requests that have been escalated by lower tiers. Support will be provided onsite, remotely over the phone, or via email.

Responsibilities

Accept & register Service Desk Calls.

  • Provides resolution for escalated Incidents or Requests.
  • Categorize and prioritize incidents correctly according to standard operation procedure.
  • Understand and work within established Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure timely resolution to incidents and requests.
  • Ensures quality customer service to users; ensures proper and accurate feedback on technical problems; coordinates communications between user and technical staff.

Join our dynamic service team for this entry level field service position. Depending on your assigned territory, you will

provide services, repairs and technical maintenance for ATM’s, retail point of sale (POS) equipment, locksmithing,

Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) plus related PC and PC peripherals on customer premises. Our training consists of on the-job mentoring as you might expect, but also formal classroom, virtual and self-paced training for extensive learning opportunities.

Role

The primary function of this position is to assist schools in using new technologies to support instruction and assessment. The position will also be responsible for supporting all staff and students with the use and care of technology for their location. The User Support Specialist (USS) will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all technology at the school and in use by school staff and students. The Salvation Army, an internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, has a job opening for a full time SEASONAL Program Aide position for the Hagerstown Red Shield Club under the Potomac Division. This position will end at the conclusion of Summer Camp on August 11, 2023.
Position Summary
The Program Aide plans, implements, supervises members, and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area, supporting our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character, and Citizenship. May oversee special programs and/or events (i.e.,Keystone, Youth of the Year and Awards Programs), and/or participate in the implementation of other unit activities, as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience
High School Diploma; willing to train. Must love children.
Licenses and Certifications
Valid State Driver’s License required

First Aid and C.P.R. Certification (or ability to obtain)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must enjoy working with children, must possess good communication, an outgoing personality, and speak/write English fluently.
Physical, Mental Requirements
Work requires the ability to lift and carry and/or push/pull moderately heavy (25-50 lbs.) materials, supplies, and equipment.
Required to grasp objects, push, and pull objects, bend, stand, walk, squat, or kneel.
Moderate to high mobility; duties are usually performed by combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent change basis.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust.
Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to manipulate activities are required.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor recreational environment where there may be physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt and the like.
