Pay: $25.00/ hr
Hours: Flexible, 15-20 hours per week
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to assist our valued customers with their inquiries, provide support, and ensure their satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving customer issues
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals
Requirements:
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
– Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
