1/28- Cupcake Cuisine-All the Rage, There are cupcake bakeries popping up everywhere. Why pay $3 for a cupcake when you can do it for a fraction of the cost.
2/11- Valentine’s Day Cooking Class-This one is for couples, what better way to spend the day than with your partner in life. Chef Steve has planned a menu for two
2/18- Mardi Gras Cooking Class- Prepare classic New Orleans fare and get ready for good food and fun when Fat Tuesday arrives.
3/3- Breads Class-This class is for the die-hard bread baker, you will learn classical techniques with easy to do recipes provided by Chef Steve,
3/17- Irish Country Cooking- Take a Trip to the emerald Isles and discover new flavors or revisit old ones with the delicious cuisines of Ireland.
3/31- Easter Dinner- In this class we will whip up a traditional Easter holiday meal for you to recreate for friends and family.
4/21- Fresh Pasta Class- In this class we will make Fettuccini, Gnocchi, and Ravioli plus sauces and presentations for each.
No refunds will be given after registration.
Receipts are not mailed. CEU’s to be awarded upon completion of each course.
