Please read this entire message as some information has changed from previous semesters.
1) Instructors are verifying your attendance. Any student who does not have confirmed attendance will NOT receive a refund check until attendance has been verified. Instructors are responsible for verifying all attendance throughout the semester. If you have been reported as a non-attender, you MUST speak to the instructor in regards to your attendance. There is no guarantee that your instructor will be available on the day of refund check distribution, so please check your BRIDGE account.
2) NO CHECKS WILL BE MAILED. Checks must be picked up in person, BY THE STUDENT WHOSE NAME APPEARS ON THE CHECK with an official student ID.
3). Students MUST have a Blue Ridge Student ID to pick up refund checks. NO IDs will be issued during refund check distribution. If you do NOT have a student ID, visit the Security Office on the Main Campus BEFORE refund check distribution occurs.
4) NO check will be delivered earlier than the advertised date.
5) Please check your BRIDGE ACCOUNT to verify that you are scheduled to receive a REFUND CHECK. There will be a line item on your account stating FINANCIAL AID REFUND with an amount. Please review your student guide on how to log into BRIDGE.
