Current Students: Course Change Form
When to use this form:
- Allows students to take over 19 credit hours in one semester (14 in a summer term)
- For students who want change sections of a class (ex – moving from an online section of ENGL 101 to a live section of ENGL 101)
- For students who want to audit a class
- For students who want to take a class as pass/fail instead of the regular grading system
Who needs to sign?
- Instructor (if noted in section)
- Advisor
- Student
How to complete:
- The student picks up the form and fills out the information requested on the front
- The student only needs to complete the section that applies to them
- The student then meets with his/her advisor and completes the class information (be sure to list in the appropriate section that classes that Enrollment Management is to register the student for)
Other Information:
- Students cannot register for more than 21 hours in any given semester
- It is the students responsibility to check on Bridge to make sure their registration was completed accurately
- Audit and Pass/Fail classes cannot be used for graduation requirements
- This form can be denied by any signing party
- This form is not used to change to another class (such as CAHS 120 to CAHS 125)
