Current Students: Withdraw
When to use this form:
- Is used for students to withdraw from some or all of their classes.
Who needs to sign?
- Instructor
- Advisor
- Student Affairs
- Financial Aid
- Student
How to complete:
- The student picks up the form and fills out the class information requested.
- The student takes to the instructor of the class(s) they want to drop and has them sign it.
- The student takes to their academic advisor for them to sign (advisor will inform them of any problems this may cause with graduation)/
- The student then obtains other signatures required, and they are then informed of any problems they may encounter by withdrawing.
- The student returns the form to Enrollment Management with appropriate signatures.
Other Information:
- Withdrawing from courses may interfere with a students ability to graduate on time.
- Dropping below 12 credit hours in a give semester may make a student ineligible for financial aid.
- There are no refunds for partial withdraws, only complete withdraws.
