Current Students: Override

When to use this form:

• To allow one student to register for a closed class
• To allow one student to register for a class that has a time conflict (less than 15 minutes)
• To allow a student to register for a class that has a duplicate course error (ex – a student is trying to register for 2 classes, both CJST 199)

Who needs to sign?

• Faculty or Staff member giving permission

How to complete:

• The Faculty or Staff member completes the form, noting the type of override to be given
• The form is returned to Enrollment Management to enter the override in banner
• The student registers for the class on Bridge

Other Information:

• It is the students responsibility to register on Bridge
• An override form only gives permission to register, it does not actually register the student
• All overrides for Instructor Permission must be handled through the division
