How does a student log-on to BRIDGE? In Quicklinks choose "Log in to BRIDGE " and enter your User ID (student identification number - it begins with C00). Be sure to capitalize the "C". Enter your 6-digit numerical PIN. How does a student log-on to computers? To log-on to the computers at Blue Ridge CTC a student must enter their User Name (it is six letters-usually the first initial of your first name, the first five letters of your last name, and two numbers.) then enter your password. Both of these can be retrieved from BRIDGE by going to: View or update your address(es), Password Management, then Retrieve original password. What is my email address? It is your (User Name)@blueridgectc.edu How to use Blue Ridge CTC email? Click on "Log in to access Email" under Quicklinks. Enter your User Name (your full Blue Ridge CTC email address) and Password. Who to contact if you become locked out? If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in succession, your BRIDGE access is disabled. The Enrollment Management Office, each division Dean, or the office of IT can reset your PIN number. You must present a picture ID for verification.
