Customers may receive a full refund in the original form of payment on their textbook purchase (to include new, used, medical and other reference, customized course materials and course packs) during the first week of class, with an original receipt.
After the first week of class, and up to thirty (30) days after the start of classes, a full refund will be given if the student provides proof of schedule change with an original receipt.
Medical and General Reference books adopted for the current term will be refunded in the original form of payment during the first week of class, with an original receipt. * Any medical or general reference not part of the current term will follow the 14-day return policy below.
Refunds for summer and special course sessions will be accepted for ONE (1) WEEK ONLY after the start of classes.
No Refunds on unwrapped loose leaf books or activated eBooks.
