Berkeley Springs WV. Blue Ridge CTC launched a new series of free seminars located in the newly renovated Morgan Counter Center at 109 War Memorial Drive, Berkeley Springs, WV. Michelle Cox, nearby resident and distinguished businessperson, presented the first seminar, titled “Business Etiquette”, covering topics such as phone etiquette, resume tips, proper handshake, and other skills necessary to be a successful businessperson.
The next free seminar, scheduled for November 8, 2017 from 9-10:30 am covers the “Top Ten Customer Service Tips for Any Business.” Presented by Tiffany Hine, Blue Ridge CTC Business Trainer, this course provides the perfect introduction for employees, as well as business owners, to implement positive customer service changes.
The free seminar series continues from November 2017 through January 2018 and includes courses such as Introduction to Computers and Microsoft Office training.
