Financial Aid - Awarding Process

Once FAFSA has processed your information, it will be sent electronically to the Financial Aid Office at Blue Ridge.  The Financial Aid Office will notify you either of two ways, showing the aid for which you qualify. 

• A paper award letter will be sent to you via postal mail.  You can accept or decline all or part of your aid package by completing the acceptance form on the back of the award letter.  Return the letter to the Financial Aid Office, Blue Ridge CTC, 400 West Stephen St., Martinsburg, WV 25401.

Award Letter will list:

• Cost of Attendance (COA)
• Expected Family Contribution (EFC)
• Need (EFC - COA)
• Type and Amount of Financial Aid the student is eligible for per term

An email will be sent to notify you to review your aid package on BRIDGE.  You can accept or decline all or part of your aid package online.
